When this Activewear brand approached us, they had hit a wall with their profitable growth. They were not able to spend more and make more profitably. Every time they tried to, their ROAS dropped and things became unprofitable very quickly.
Firstly we identified their hero products & collections.
And by that I mean the products and collections that sold the most and had the best response when advertised.
We then focused on testing creative angles and messaging, which is where our Creative Feedback Loop came into play.
We were able to see which creative variables lead to the best performance and therefore brief into our clients to further improve the content output of our clients video and photo shoots.
We were then able to take these best performing ad creative concepts and apply them to secondary products & collections.
At the same time we revamped their Klaviyo Automated Flows & setup a variety of Google Ads Campaigns.
We worked on PMAX Campaigns, Competitor Search Campaigns & Branded Search Campaigns.
On Klaviyo, we Rrworked & A/B tested: Sign Up Forms, Segmentation & Automated Flows.
They have broken through that wall that was stopping them from growing.
They are much more profitable, with an average MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio) of 7X.
